Camp Canna Terms & Conditions

No exchange or refunds on tickets, including if the event is terminated early, cancelled due to extreme weather, forest fire, acts of nature, government regulation or other conditions beyond the control of Camp Canna (A division of Blunts&Beans) Please ensure that you will be able to attend the Event BEFORE purchasing your tickets.

You agree to keep your ticket safe from destruction, loss, or theft. Lost, destroyed or stolen tickets will not be refunded or exchanged at the gate. Previous arrangements can be made at cost to ticket holder. 

Camp Canna 2023 is held at Pine Lake, Alberta. 

Exact location is only released to pass holders.

You assume risk for ticket being invalid at door if you purchase through other than authorized vendors. 

A ticket is a revocable license, and may be revoked at any time, for any reason, without compensation. 

Ticket is Invalid if duplicated or tampered with. 

AGE RESTRICTIONS: You must be 18 years of age to attend. Age verification will be required to attend. Bring Government issued identification for admittance through gate.

You voluntarily assume all risks & danger incidental to Camp Canna including serious injury, death, and agree that the ticket issuer, associated agents & facility owners are not responsible or liable for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from the use of this ticket. 

No Fires outside of designated fire pit areas or digging permitted at Camp. (Including tent pegs longer then 1 ft.) 

Your admission is subject to compliance with all laws and facility rules and regulations. 

Ticket holder consents to reasonable examination & searches to ensure compliance with all Provincial and Federal Law, and facility rules and regulations. 

NO ALCOHOL or ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES permitted on the premises; soliciting illegal substances will result in criminal charges. 

BANNED ITEMS: Anything that could be considered a weapon (incl. Knives over 7”, staffs/bats, bows, hammers, ect.), Open flames (incl. Tealights, fireworks, flares, fire toys, ect.) fuel, glass bottles, and any items public safety staff deem to pose potential safety or security risk to any staff or guests. 

We are not required to maintain safe keeping of your possessions if they are determined banned items. Leave them home, firewood is supplied, there is a concession and showers on site, we got you!

Camp Canna is held in the Red Deer County Region. Please treat the land and yourself with the utmost respect and care. Leave No Trace, Infractions are subject to Garbage Fines. 

Unauthorized commercial vending prohibited. Selling anything without written consent from Camp Canna is prohibited and may result in removal from Event grounds.

Use of images taken at Camp Canna (other than for personal use) is prohibited without prior written consent by Camp Canna.

Your image may by captured in video or photographs to be used in Event promotional material without compensation. 

You hereby appoint Camp Canna as your representative to protect your intellectual property or privacy rights, recognizing that Camp Canna has no obligation to take any such action.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We get it. Emergencies happen. Here’s what to expect in the event you need to cancel with us:

The CANCELLATION POLICY in each event contract details:

1. Exhibitor/Vendor must give a minimum 30 calendar days’ written notice (via email) prior to contract event date. If  Exhibitor/Vendor/Ticket Holder cancels 30 calendar days or less, they will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Refunds are not issued on deposits, by cancelling you are forfeiting your deposit. 
3. If minimum 30 calendar day’s notice is received, both Exhibitor/Vendor and Camp Canna will attempt to fill the space with another Exhibitor/Vendor
4. Once a replacement Exhibitor/Vendor has paid the space fee and submitted deposit to reserve space, the cancelling Exhibitor/Vendor may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Camp Canna.
5. Refunds will subtract two things:
   1. an advertising and marketing fee (10% of the total booth fee)
   2. a refund processing fee (sorry, this fee is imposed upon us by the powers controlling our website)

Camp Canna Reserves the Right to make changes to the rules at any time. Updated rules will be posted here.
